The functional training area features equipment like turf, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and TRX to mimic natural, everyday movement and strengthen core fitness. We offer the best equipment for strength & conditioning as well as weight loss and lifestyle fitness. The training environment incorporates aspects from all strength sports such as Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Cross Training etc.
